The titles of my chapters give away too much, what should I do (more inside)?

Well, your chapters don't need chapter names. But if you really want chapter names (and you don't want to give away the story) you need to be more creative. What else happens in each chapter that you can name the chapter after? For instance, what is the main character evading in the first chapter? Name it after that. Instead of "Captive" for the second chapter, name it after the lair that she's hidden in. You can name chapter names after a thing (such as an artifact, etc.), people, places, etc. Hope this helps some.
