Question about Lymphocytes?

I had a blood test done and my absolute lymphocytes are 4162, the normal range is from 850-3900; I have a nodule in my thyroid that measures 1.25 and has atypical cells. Could this be the reason for my lymphocytes being higher than normal in my blood test? Is this something really bad?
