However, it is true that most the business persons lie while paying taxes, it is unethical. Those who evade taxes always try to lower their profit by adding expenditures which are not actually incurred or by increasing the amount of expenditure than simply recording the actual transaction. As this is tax evasion and it it not ethical, i don't suggest anyone to go for tax evasion. But one can reduce tax liability through tax planning rather than tax evasion. One can start such a business in which government has provided especial concessions and rebates for tax. Like. government provides tax rebates to those businesses which are established in remote areas and to the manufacturing companies that produce necessary goods rather than luxurious.
