Where can I buy Ginny's wand from Harry Potter for cheap?

There's no way you are going to get a character specific wand for $2-$5. They sell licensed replicas from the movies on Noble Collection online without lighting up and stuff but that will be more then your price range. Honestly shipping online will cost $5 if you order online. You might as well just get a regular wand. It wont be as much money as a character specific wand that has to have all these details.
